This page explains, plainly, what data we collect when you browse the gallery or write to us, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. Last updated: March 2025.
When you complete the contact form, we store your name, your email address, your phone number if you enter it, and the message you write. We also record basic technical data about your visit: device type, browser, language, approximate IP address, and the pages you opened within the site. That information arrives automatically and we do not link it to your identity unless you have written to us before.
We use the content of the form to read your message and reply to you by email or phone. The technical data helps us understand which gallery series are viewed most, whether a page loads slowly, or whether something breaks on mobile. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. We also do not use it to build commercial profiles or to send you promotions you did not request.
The site may use its own and third-party cookies to remember browsing preferences and measure visits in aggregate form. If we use an analytics tool, it receives anonymous technical data: pages viewed, time spent, traffic source. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; the gallery will still work, although some preferences will reset on each visit.
To keep the site running, we work with external providers: hosting, email service, and form processors. These providers access the data only to deliver their service and under confidentiality obligations. If an analytics or contact management provider were ever added, we would update this page before activating it. We do not transfer data to countries without equivalent safeguards when applicable law requires it.
Form messages are stored while the conversation remains open and for a reasonable time afterward, so the thread can be resumed if you write again. Technical analytics data is kept in aggregate form and for limited periods. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. If you request deletion before that period ends, we will do so unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is out of date, or ask for it to be deleted when there is no longer any reason to keep it. You can also withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form and object to our continued processing of your data for measurement purposes. If you are in the European Union or California, local regulations (GDPR and CCPA) strengthen these rights and you can invoke them expressly.

The gallery is an editorial space about everyday rituals: it does not offer diagnoses, treatments, financial advice, or professional services.
