How to browse the gallery and how to choose a ritual

There are no required steps or a correct order. The gallery is meant to be viewed calmly and for each person to set their own pace based on what catches their attention that week.

Choosing a series that catches your attention

The journey can start with any series: morning light on the breakfast table, a notebook with handwritten notes, a walk around the neighborhood, a ceramic cup, a plant by the window, or a quiet corner inside the home. There is no better entry point than another; simply pause at the one that sparks curiosity.

Looking at the images and reading the brief notes

Each series combines photographs with short notes about what is observed: how the light changes, what marks use leaves on an object, what signs a plant's leaves show. The idea is to look slowly, without rushing, and to keep just one idea that feels close to your own home.

Saving one concrete idea

From everything seen, only one thing is chosen: write it in the notebook, mark it mentally, or leave it written in some margin. There is no need to copy anyone's method or follow a format. What is kept is a simple idea, applicable to one's own space and each person's real time.

Try it during the week

The trial is done in one's own space, without a timer or mandatory record. It could be leaving the cup by the window at breakfast, walking twenty minutes without headphones, or clearing a corner with warm light. The gallery does not guide sessions or send reminders; it only offers visual material and notes so that each person can sustain whatever they choose.

Return, switch series, or leave it for later

You can go back to an image, move on to another series, or abandon the idea without guilt. The journey has no ending or evaluation. If something does not fit with the week, it is left for later and picked up again when it makes sense. That is how the rhythm is sustained without turning it into one more task.

Write if any doubt remains

If after browsing the gallery any questions remain about the series or about how the material is organized, a message can be sent from the form. The response arrives as a technical confirmation of the submission; there is no follow-up or personal support.

If anything is unclear, write to us without hesitation

This page explains how the gallery is navigated and how a ritual is chosen to try during the week. If, while reading the process, you were left with a specific question about a series, an object record, or the order of the steps, you can write to us. There are no hidden forms or mandatory steps: just a direct message and, if you like, a quick look at the questions that often come up.

Write a message

Email team@rejoiceyourlife.com receives inquiries about the gallery walkthrough, the photographic series, and the process notes. Tell us which part of the walkthrough raised questions for you and which series you were looking at when the question came up.

Call by phone

Before you write

Many questions about the process are already answered in the frequently asked questions: how a series is chosen, whether there is a correct order, and what to do when an idea does not fit into the week. If your question is not there, then yes, write to us.
