Before saving an idea and trying it out, it helps to know the criteria behind each series. Here are the clarifications that often remain unspoken.
Each photo series is chosen for its connection to everyday rituals that can be observed: the light coming into the breakfast table, a slow walk through the neighborhood, a notebook open at the end of the day. The cards for everyday objects describe materials, texture, and feel. Nothing more.
The notes on sustainable habits are presented as suggestions to try that same week. They are not closed methods, nor recipes that work the same for everyone.
There are no diagnoses, treatments, financial advice, or promises of personal change. Nor guaranteed results. Participation is limited to exploring the gallery and, if desired, writing a message through the contact form.
The photographs illustrate objects and natural light. They are not proof of results, nor portraits of a team or a real community.
